HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN MUSH




MAKING CHICKEN MUSH


Main Ingredients :

    
250 grams of rice
    
½ chickens
    
2 liters of water
    
1 ½ liter of broth
    
2 teaspoons salt
    
2 bay leaves
    
Enough oil for sauteing
Ingredients for porridge soup :

    
750 ml of water was boiled chicken
    
¼ grains of nutmeg
    
1 teaspoon salt
    
2 teaspoons soy sauce
    
1 leek , thinly sliced
    
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Spices that are :

    
8 spring onions
    
2 cloves of garlic
    
2 centimeters turmeric
    
3 eggs pecans, toasted
    
¼ teaspoon coriander , in roasted
    
¼ teaspoon pepper
Complementary Chicken Porridge (optional ) :

    
2 boiled eggs , cut into 2
    
2 stalks celery , thinly sliced
    
2 scallions , thinly sliced
    
2 tablespoons fried onions

. Boil ½ chicken into 2 liters of water and ½ teaspoon salt until tender , add the water back up into 2 liters back and turn off the stove after boiling broth .
    
. Raise chicken stew from the heat , and set aside shredded - shredded water ( water boiled chicken will be used for the gravy and cook rice porridge )
    
. Boil broth , put the rice along with salt and bay leaf . Stir constantly until it becomes mush .
    
. Heat oil , fry the crushed spices and nutmeg until fragrant .
    
. Add 750 ml of boiling water along with salt chicken and soy sauce . Cook until water boils , then enter the scallions and remove from heat.
    
. Porridge chicken is ready , along with the broth is ready .
    
. Add shredded chicken , boiled eggs , celery , fried onions , Flush with gravy and add the sauce to taste .
    
. Served with chili and crackers .
